  • Products must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • A refund will be issued in the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the exchanged item.

Procedure for Returns and Exchanges:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include all original tags, accessories, and paperwork.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service department.
  5. Once the item is received, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Products with signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
